6:00-9:00
Morning
10 minutes of sun.

- no doom-scrolling
- prayer + meditation
- the same breakfast, every day
- 10 minutes of sunlight

9:30-6:00
Work
one project, one tab.
- prioritize deep work first
- the pomodoro technique
- lunch at home
- do my best

6:00-10:00
Evening
sunset, no phone.
- a sunset walk, without content
- a slow dinner
- one destimulating activity
- reading + journaling
- asleep by ten
